AACI student services are available directly with our staff over the phone, live chat or via email.
A student support officer is appointed to each student to guide you and support you through the course and any learning difficulties you may experience.
Our support for your course extends to internal learning and LLN support services as well as external referral networks.
AACI staff hold Counselling qualifications and can provide information about external support services and assistance providers.
ACI conducts a series of webinars to assist students in completing their course as we as Zoom meetings. Apart from course, learning and LLN support services and information for students AACI also has staff with Counselling qualifications available and information about external support services and assistance providers.
AACI Staff hold Counselling and/or mental health first aid qualifications as well as industry experience both as a student and as trainers and assessors.
