AACI issues to every student enrolled in a qualification a student email address. This email address shall be our primary communication method. Please check this email address on a regularly basis for information including results, notification on feedback for assessments and all important communications from us.
AACI requires student to use their given AACI email address for all communication from you comes from your student email address. For privacy reasons if you do not email us from your student email we will ask you to resend your email from your student account.
For short course students, AACI shall simply use your personal email that you provided to us when you enrolled.

In your AACI welcome email we shall ask you to change the temporary when you first log in.
ACCESSING YOUR AACI EMAIL
To access your email you simply do so via webmail (hosted by gmail or similar service provider) or set it to download to your computer by using an email program like Outlook or Apple Mail.
To access webmail, you simply click on the Student Email button on the appropriate Learning Centre website and use your whole email address and password to log in. Please familiarise yourself with the site.

AACI shall send you detail instructions for your email set up.
Please also note that it is possible for you can set up your AACI student email so that it forwards to your personal email account. However, please remember that to email AACI, or reply to an email, you will be required to use your AACI student email account provided.
AACI Learning Centre
Students have private and secure access to our comprehensive range of Learner Resources via our Online Learning Center.
AACI Online Learning Center uses Google Classroom as its Learning Management System (LMS) to deliver secure and flexible access to our comprehensive range of Learner Resources, Learner Tools, Industry and Career news and student support resources.

In addition, our LMS provides access to our extensive online student support resources are available including learner tools, articles, videos and additional resources that are used during delivery of training to students.
Each student shall be provided with login details to the AACI Online Learning Centre in your student email account provided. Therefore you shall need to login to the email account before you can access the Learning Centre.
You can reset your password to the Learning Centre once you have initially logged in by simply using the ‘Update Password’ on the login screen.
All students are required to have access to the internal and to Microsoft Word to complete and submit the Self-Paced Learning Activities and Assessment Booklets. Student versions at Microsoft office are available at cheaper rate.
Our Online Learning Center allows students to read, research, study, learn and undertake assessments at their convenience. Students are provided with access to digital full colour Learner Resources free of charge.
